1.	You (the tour participant) accept the risks involved in participating in an Artfeelers tour and participate at your own risk. Going on an Artfeelers tour is a physical activity, which can be risky in the busy centre of London. Tours may involve crossing busy roads which are hazardous and entering into galleries and studios in which there are may be risks. Risks include accidents, physical injury and death. You take full responsibility for this risk and confirm that you are in a suitable physical condition with no underlying medical conditions or injuries which may affect your ability to safely participate in an artfeelers tour.
2.	You will not hold Artfeelers or the owners, organisers, staff, sponsors, partners, galleries or artists involved liable for any injuries or illness sustained as a result of your participation in a tour. Artfeelers will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim or costs arising as a consequence of your participation in an artfeelers tour.
3.	If your gift voucher recipient miss a pre-booked Scheduled or Customised Tour or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of the tour. No refunds can be given for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice. We will, where possible, offer you the chance to reschedule, but this is not guaranteed. We offer a full refund on cancellations made at least 48hrs before the start of your Artfeelers tour.
4.	Refunds will be given if Artfeelers cancels a tour that you have already pre-booked and pre-paid for. Where a Gift Voucher has been used to book, you will receive a further Gift Voucher of the same value to redeem against the cost of a tour. Artfeelers reserves the right to cancel a particular tour at any time when there is good reason.
5.	The Terms and Conditions stated here are binding and without the need for a signed agreement. You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions if you sign-up for a tour. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated by artfeelers without prior notice.
